Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
We are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. If you would like to order multiple items together, please add them to a single cart before checking out. Contact us at animocityllc@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist.
My order shows delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your building's mail room, and leave a note for your mail carrier to investigate. If the package cannot be located, contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim. We reserve the right to rely on the carrier's tracking information when it shows delivery to the address you provided. Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered are the responsibility of the buyer.< /p>
A book in my order is delayed. Can I cancel the rest of my order?
Publisher delays are outside our control. If a single item in your order is delayed, we can cancel that item from your order and ship the rest. However, delayed items that are part of a bundle cannot be cancelled or removed, as bundles are sold and committed to as a complete set. Please contact us at animocityllc@outlook.com with your order number if you would like to request a delayed item be dropped from your order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes must be requested immediately via email at animocityllc@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee an address change once a shipping label has been generated. Address changes requests outside of e-mail will not be honored.
Why does my book have a small imperfection?
Minor printing imperfections such as spine ticks, color shifts, or slight miscuts can occur during the manufacturing process. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return. We inspect and pack all books with care, but we cannot control how books are produced at the printer.
How do I know when my pre-order will ship?
We include estimated release dates on all listings. Once an item arrives at our facility, we aim to ship within 14-30 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order goes out.
